Target’s adult store is no longer open to the public, but the retailer is still open to adults.
Target announced the changes Wednesday morning on its website, which indicates that the store will now be open for adults.
“Target has a long-standing commitment to providing an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Today, Target’s Adult Store is open to all ages and abilities.
Target will continue to offer great products and services to help adults and kids enjoy shopping and playing together,” Target said.
“To keep our customers safe and keep our communities safe, we will continue our long-held commitment to prevent and respond to potential violence and crime, and to promote community and love in our stores.
Target’s stores are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a limited number of hours for employees on weekends.
Target says that the changes were made because of “continuing concerns” about crime in stores.
We are committed to making our stores safer, and we will work to prevent crime and keep families safe,” Target says in the statement. “
We know that many people in our communities are still in need of assistance and support as we continue to address these issues.
We are committed to making our stores safer, and we will work to prevent crime and keep families safe,” Target says in the statement.
Target said it is partnering with the National Coalition for Men’s Safety, an advocacy group.
